Only 22 % of the songs on the Billboard charts are performed ny women or queer persons, 12 % are written, only 2 % are produced by them. The queer feminist one person concert performance ACHTERBAHN- rollercoaster- declares the form to be off-road-content, and the solo itself a matter of negotiation. In the melodious-cacophonic monodrama in stereo, the performer and solo musician THORD1S questions the ups and downs of the work of female, non- binary and female socialized queer solo acts in the cis-male-dominated music business from a genderqueer perspective and interconnects them with the for solo-acts during Covid times even more virulent tension alone /lonely as well as the increased risk for musicians getting mentally ill due to their job.
ACHTERBAHN is a musical solo manifest for gender equality in the music industry.
